Shipping policy
All prints are hand-packed and shipped at the end of each print drop. Once your art print has been handed over to the mail carrier, we no longer have control over the delivery process. In the event of any delays, issues, or lost packages, please contact the mail carrier directly for assistance. We will provide tracking information to help you follow up with them.
While we strive to ensure all orders are carefully packaged and shipped promptly, any concerns once the package is in transit should be addressed with the carrier.
Please note: We are not responsible for any customs regulations, import taxes, or duties that may apply to international orders. These are the responsibility of the buyer and may vary depending on your country’s policies.
